Who We Are

DSC Billing Services provides Medicaid Direct Service claims billing for school districts and charter schools in Arizona. This program returns federal funds to schools for health care services provided to students who are Medicaid eligible and have specialized services documented in their IEP's.

The DSC Billing Service was founded in 2001 by Dr. Jack Harmon, the Pinal County Superintendant of Schools. All funds above the cost of program administration are returned to educational services within the county.
